Il Marmo srl, in the person of the pro tempore legal representative, with legal offices in San Martino B.A. (VR), via Scimmia, 15, according to the art. 13 of the Code about personal data protection, D.Lgs. 30.06.2003 n. 196 (uninterruptedly named “Code”), as the responsible for data treatment, informs you that the e-mail messages sent to the mail address on our web site involve the acquisition and the treatment of your personal data. In particular, this treatment will be used to carry out your enquiries and/or to reply to your possible questions. Then if you do not give us your data we will not be able to reply to your message and we will be obliged to cancel it. Just if you explicitly accept, your data can also be used for marketing purposes (e.g. advertising materials or commercial information) with or without automatized systems, therefore also by e-mail. If you should accept using your personal data for marketing purposes, we inform you that you can in any moment oppose this treatment, in an easy and free way, with a simple communication to our company.
Instead, if you do not accept using your personal data for marketing purposes you can get all the information required by this form anyway.

Data treatment will be made by responsible people (formally entrusted) who will use paper, magnetic, computer or data transmission equipment, suitable for assuring the safety and the privacy. The treatment can also be carried out by automatized instruments, able to memorize, manage and transmit by data transmission system all the data. Data banks will be cared for in protected environment, whose access is under control,  according to Code rules. All the data can be given to other people working for the company Il Marmo srl, only for above purposes; instead the diffusion of data subject to the treatment is not allowed.
